Ingredients

eggs
1
teaspoon of white vinegar
1
teaspoon of yellow mustard
1/4
cup of mayonnaise
1/8
teaspoon of salt
1
teaspoon of oregano
Feta
cheese (as much as you like)
Steps
1.
Hardboil and peel your eggs
2.
With a teaspoon, scoop out the hardboiled yolk from your eggs. Put
your yolks in a mid-sized bowl.
3.
Mash the yolks with a fork until you have a creamy texture in your
bowl
4.
Add 1 teaspoon of white vinegar, 1 teaspoon of yellow mustard and 1/4
cup of mayonnaise to the bowl and mix the ingredients.
5.
Add 1/8 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of oregano to the bowl and
mix the ingedients well again.
6.
Scoop the yolk mixture into the eggwhites, using a spoon.
7.
Sprinkle your eggs with as little or as much feta cheese as you like.
You
are now ready to serve. If you wish to serve them a little later, you
can store them in the refridgerator. They are best served immediately
though.
